Abstract

 The Article address place of HUMAN RIGHTS in International Relations theories. HUMAN RIGHTS are a set of principled ideas about the treatment to which all individuals are entitled by virtue of being Human. One of the most important impacts of globalization is on concept and issue HUMAN RIGHTS. This view is framework in foreign policy and Relation Between countries. This process has influenced on International Relations, and has experienced a deep change in concepts, for example, security, Diplomacy and sovereignty. This Article reviews Human Right’s place in International Relations Theories to account for this development. We presents the basic assumption of REALISM, LIBERALISM, CONSTRUCTIVISM and FEMINISM theories, regarding the Role of HUMAN RIGHTS norms in International Relations.
