Abstract

Background and Aim: These days’ service companies are facing security threats as they use big data analytics to improve service supply chain performance and firm performance, so the purpose of this study is to conceptualize the link between macro analysis Data, Data Security and service supply chain performance. Method: In terms of purpose, this research is applied and in terms of method, is descriptive survey. The statistical population of present study consisted of 200 people, including experts of Isaco co. 132 people were selected as a sample using the Cochran's formula and using simple random selections. The data collection method was a researcher-made questionnaire whose Reliability and validity were checked and confirmed. In the data analysis section, descriptive statistics and structural equations model were used. Findings: The results showed that the mean of the variables is above the average level. Also, the results of structural equations showed that the model has a good fit according to the indicators. At the level of 99% confidence, the Macro Data analysis has a significant impact on all dimensions of the supply chain except Reliability. Also, at the level of 99% Reliability, Data Security has a significant impact on all four dimensions of the supply chain. Conclusion: In general, the results of the analysis showed that Data Security and Macro Data analysis have a significant impact on improving the dimensions of the supply chain. Isaco company should pay more attention to this area and planning for it to achieve the desired performance.
