Abstract

The present study, which was conducted with the aim of the effectiveness of the positive adolescent transformation training program on self-efficacy and secondary school female students of Bushehr city, was one of the semi-experimental studies with a pre-test and posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of the present study was made up of 5, 244 female students of second secondary school in Bushehr city. The sample size of this research included 40 people, which was obtained through random cluster sampling. In order to collect information, Sherer's self-efficacy questionnaire (2004) was used. The results of the findings showed that the positive adolescent transformation training program promotes self-efficacy and each of its components, i. e. the desire to initiate behavior, continuing efforts to complete the behavior, and resistance in facing obstacles in the subjects of the experimental group compared to the control group. In the general conclusion of the research, it should be stated that by using the programs of the positive adolescent transformation training program, it is possible to increase the strengths and skills of the students in the field of self-efficacy.
