Abstract

In today's competitive environment, organizations will be successful that allocate a greater share of knowledge and can achieve organizational goals with its proper management. In this regard, the aim of this research was to identify the optimal cycle of Knowledge Management in the mentioned organization. The current research was applied in terms of purpose, in terms of hybrid approach and in terms of descriptive-analytical method. The method of data collection was done with library studies and field method (interview tool and questionnaire). The statistical population in the qualitative section included 20 organizational experts who were selected in a purposeful and judgmental manner, and in the quantitative section, it included all Payor employees in the headquarters and line departments (with master's and doctorate degrees) in the number of 800 people. Its sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 260 people. The findings of the research, while identifying the optimal cycle of Knowledge Management, showed that the ranking of 8 categories in the optimal cycle of Knowledge Management, respectively, includes: determining goals and knowledge needs, maintaining, sharing and disseminating knowledge, storing knowledge information, creating a comprehensive database of knowledge information. , discovering and identifying knowledge data, intercepting and collecting knowledge data, organizing knowledge information and producing and completing knowledge was the promotion of Knowledge Management.
