Abstract

The changes in life have created problems in different countries. These problems arise from the mismatch of the needs of urban populations with the capacity of urban management in response to them And since the city has a dynamic inventory, it needs integrated management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the criteria for integrated urban management in Tehran. The research method is descriptive-analytical and is used to collect information using a library method. The statistical population of this research includes the employees of Tehran municipality and according to the wide range of statistical population, cluster random sampling method was used. And the information provided has been analyzed using the Delphi method and the Tapsis technique and has therefore been ranked in the criteria. The criterion of the legitimacy of managers in the integrated urban management structure with a score of 0. 735193 won the first place.
