Abstract

Objective: To present and explain the method of Narrative Analysis: the most important (definitions, applications, objectives, strengths and weaknesses, characteristics, methods, validity and reliability)Collection method: Reviewing and studying documents and information sources from Persian and English books and papers.Results: Activity narration is very important since narratives help people turn their experiences into meaningful scenes of a story. This requires the use of cultural reasoning methods and content presentation. Narrative is a basic design for linking human events that creates an understandable combination. Narrative research has been considered from two perspectives: the research design or the output of a research. The research design was used to collect and analyze people's narratives of their experiences during life, and the output of the research refers to the expression of research research that is presented to the audience in a story-like manner. One of the most important differences between ethnography and narrative research is that the purpose of ethnography is to study and understand its culture and meaning based on different participants (behavior, value, way of thinking, etc.). While in narrative research, its purpose is to know individual experiences and their meaning. Narrative data such as different types of stories are collected in a variety of ways, including semi-structured interviews computer contexts, written conversations, ethnographic methods, and applied contexts such as therapy.Life Narrative Studies provide a compelling way to test hypotheses because they reveal rich psychological dynamics in human life.Conclusion: Narrative Narrative Analysis as a qualitative methodology for advancing social research has been increasingly used by researchers in social sciences and other fields.
