Abstract

 This study investigates the effective factors in creation of FAMILY BUSINESS. We distributed 160 questionnaires among FAMILY and nonFAMILY BUSINESSes of Oil & Textile industries.Findings show that FAMILY relationships, FAMILY goals, FAMILY resources, and FAMILY vision are the most effective factors; however, these factors and some factors such as FAMILY size and FAMILY disagreements are not contributing to the creation of nonFAMILY BUSINESSes.
