Abstract

The present research examines the relation of inclination and guilt feeling of DIVORCE on stress, depression, and anxiety of those who decide to DIVORCE at Family Law Courts in Esfahan and Arak. The sample included 237 subjects (147 women and 89 men).Who received DASS Questionnaire Inclination and Guilt DIVORCE Questionnaire (Alpha Cronbach. 91 and .60), and a Demographic Questionnaire. Results found a significant relationship between decided todiorce & feeling of guilt with depression and anxiety. The women who have decided to DIVORCE showed less feeling of guilty and depression. The higher education, high economic level and having more children were in positive significant correlation with decreased stress, depression, and anxiety.
