Abstract

According to the findings of scientific Victimology, in order to find out the causes of delinquency based on the findings and criteria of scientific and criminological study of the fault of the Victim-as one of the main elements of the criminal flow-in the development of a criminal event, the passing of the relationship between the Victim and the offender is dealt with, this leads to a better understanding and stronger analysis of the crime process and provide the ground for the implementation of justice and the realization of the principle of individual punishment in the cases of Victim's fault. In the present study, using analytical and descriptive methods with the impact of scientific Victimology approaches, the fault of Victim in committing the crimes required for TAZIR, HADD, retaliation and blood money with the approach of Code studied and to express the effects of the fault on the scope of Criminal Responsibility criminal in the form of advocacy institutions such as discounting directions, fall of punishment and conversion of punishment be discussed.
