Abstract

In this study while reviewing the concepts of EDUCATION and its organisational issues, three hypotheses of the role of educating human forces of cooperative organisation in enhancing the professional abilities and skills, the process of decision making and the organizational relations are being surveyed.The statistical population includes all the staff and the dependent organisations of cooperative organisation of Tehran. The data has been collected by a questionnaire based on Lichret spectrum. The hypotheses of the research have also been evaluated by using T-test, Chi-square test and Binomial test. The Statistical tests approve the three hypotheses and finally some suggestions and results has been made.
