Abstract

This research studies the amount of the certainty of the DIMENSIONS OF LEARNING ORGANIZATIONs of educational organizations of ISFAHAN. Simultaneously, its another goal is defining TEACHERS’ points of view based on some variables such as gender, years of service, and the level of education has been studied.This research is based on a descriptive and survey method and its statistical population includes 2000 TEACHERS of Esfahan GUIDANCE SCHOOLs during the educational period of 2005 to 2006. Finally, the following results were inferred:The amount of certainty of personal skill from the dimensions of learning organization.The amount of certainty of the common vision from the DIMENSIONS OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION.The amount of certainty of the mental patterns from the DIMENSIONS OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION.The amount of certainty of team learning from the DIMENSIONS OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION.The amount of certainty of systematic thinking from the DIMENSIONS OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION.
