Pages

  181-192

Abstract

Secret stories are an important and influential part of Avicenna's thought. Works that left a deep impact on philosophy, mysticism and Islamic art in later periods due to the different way of expression, the use of story and narrative, the use of code and the introduction of the element of fantasy. These works were also interpreted by many thinkers. Interpretations and interpretations that have examined each of these works from a special point of view. But despite the attention and different reviews about these works, their artistic aspect and stories have always been neglected. Something that could define important parts of Avicenna's thought for us and lead to the clarification of different dimensions of his thought. Along this path, of course, it has been subject to the acceptance of Secret stories as works of art, which has rarely happened until now. Now, the main question is whether Ramzi stories can be considered works of art? And if the answer is yes, what are the reasons to consider these works as works of art? And if these works are works of art, what effect will they have on our understanding of Avicenna's thought? The issue that forms the main basis of this article.
