Abstract

From SUPREME LEADER’s viewpoint, the CULTURE OF ALTRUISM AND MARTYRDOM as a source of SOCIAL ASSET has a high ranking position in the PROGRESS of Islamic Iran and has caused the reinforcement and PROGRESS of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN. Findings indicate that, after the victory of Islamic revolution of Iran, the CULTURE OF ALTRUISM AND MARTYRDOM as a source of SOCIAL ASSET in Islam has played an effective role in the preservation and reinforcement of Islamic system, providing dignity and independence of the country, and has been an effective element to identify and fight enemies and a factor of resistance and victory in holy defense years. This culture has also caused PROGRESS of Iran through different components of the CULTURE OF ALTRUISM AND MARTYRDOM in different aspects such as economic, scientific, military and international aspects.
