Abstract

Diversity and differences between different Islamic religious schools on many theological issues stems from their approach to intellectual good and bad. Proponents and opponent of intellectual good and bad have produced a large amount of literature on this subject, yet they have not dealt with the issue from the Common theoretical foundation. It is worthy to analyze the issue from the Quranic viewpoint. In other words, it is worthy to investigate whether the holy Quran offers any reason for the preference of one approach over the other or not. The present article is the result of an attempt to offer a new solution to the issue utilitizing the logic and eloquence of Quran .It is hoped the result of the study will set a precedent for the solution of this principal theological problem
