Abstract

This study aims to clarify the forming, changing and development of new social science and to discover the main obstacles its development by using epistemological. The analysis of this issue at social (historical and structural analysis) and cognitive (rational analyse) levels goes back to heterogeneous and homogeneous norms, which are often recognizable from the historical point of view and the conditions of historical point of view and which have the necessary capacities. From the point of view of historical epistemology, it seems that the historical view toward social development processes has been able, until now, to give a general understanding of the above conditions. However, the application of social explanatory methods, including general methodological patterns based on a mixture of social and cognitive analysis which are known as important tools for sociological analysis, is a relatively new method that requires closer attention in sociological investigations. Certainly, the proper generalization of this method can provide the possibility for clarifying the complex and hidden aspects of development and the lack of development of SOCIAL SCIENCES. Together with analyzing and applying this method in present study, the main goal of this article is increasing our level of understanding of the role and significance of SOCIAL SCIENCES in contemporary societies including Iran, and redefining the reasons which enable us to develop SOCIAL SCIENCES. Through the perception of this historical process it is possible to understand how the circumstances that help or hinder the development of SOCIAL SCIENCES are closely related to the needs, necessities, generalization, and the impacts of cognitive patterns. Changes in the social life style in the new period of SOCIAL HISTORY.in the West, have les the elite in this section of world to realize the social and functional necessity of systemizing social thoughts and establishing certain scientific fields in order to create a systematic understanding of diverse aspects of social phenomena. In brief, this essay, following the creation of new cognitive patterns, attempts to provide a basis for more autonomous epistemology related to these typed of sciences in general or particular. It seems that the development of SOCIAL SCIENCES follows a general process of* scientific and social trends that it knows guarantee the scientific and social development of any society.
