Abstract

In the beginning of the (thirteenth) nineteenth centuries, Iran Faced with one of the most critical historical era beeause on one hand, it was ruled by the chieftains of Turlish Gajar dynarty, in the other, the European colonizers aggressed the oriental countries. The rise of Napoleon in Europe and French Impire combats Austria, England and others finally led these combats from Europe to their coloies in Asia. Napoleon who failed to defeat England started to threaten its donies in India through Iran. His action involved Iran in grappling colonizrs. Sinee the Gajar court was not equipped to dead with political tactics of time decided to wedge a war agoinst Russia by assistance of France.Being defeated in the war, the crown prince Abbass Mirza took a measure to send talented students to the western countries to learn new science,technology,and military methods to remove Iranian shartages. As a result,by assistance of free, masonary his efforts were useful.
