Abstract

Researchers also main elements of each organization in competition situation is garanteed of it's permanence. Activity in individual space and not competetive also needs researches. This will cause improvment of organization to selected main goals. Research of goal is useful and research of type searching is descriptive and proseccive data research of questioners that conficient of in software of spss and it's answer is confirmed by experts and is collected by them. According to the limitation of statistic society of research we use total counting method. The result of the research is analyzed by software of smart pls and super decisions. The result of them is the finantial element of the first grade and in the order of humen elements. Management learning and creativity technical commercials engeneering system that finantial elements gets the first grade and other grades. The goal of research is priorizationing the finantial elements management and systematic learning commercials and technical and humanity and totaly considereds. On the other hands the elements have not been considered and graded by multiple ways of decisions ANP, superdesicion software because this research has already this factor of creativity.
