Abstract

This study examines the effects of Focus management techniques on Productivity and development of companies located in the Kermanshah Science and Technology Park. The results show that the use of Focus techniques such as the Pomodoro technique, meditation, and task management positively impacts reducing distractions, enhancing mental efficiency, and improving time management. Additionally, a significant relationship was found between the use of these techniques and increased Job Satisfaction among employees. Senior managers tend to use more advanced techniques, while younger employees Focus on modern and scientific methods. The findings suggest that employing Focus management techniques can lead to reduced stress, increased motivation, and improved decision-making in the workplace. However, it is crucial to combine different techniques to meet the diverse needs of employees and improve organizational performance. The study recommends that managers and decision-makers provide necessary training and appropriate tools to create an environment where Focus techniques can be effectively utilized to maximize organizational Productivity.
