Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a Strategic model for the development of small and medium-sized businesses with an emphasis on digital ecosystems. Given the rapid growth of digital technologies and economic and social changes, small and medium-sized businesses, especially in the fields of competition and Innovation, need to adopt innovative Strategic models. This research examines and analyzes the methods of Strategic Development in these types of businesses and examines the effects of digital ecosystems as one of the key factors for success in Strategic models. Thematic analysis using in-depth interviews with experts in this field was used to extract data and information. The results of this research indicate the importance of digital interactions and the use of new technologies in the Strategic Development of small and medium-sized businesses and provide managers of these types of businesses with practical suggestions for improving their strategies.
