Abstract

 Indiain South Asia and in neighboring China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Burma, Bhutan and Nepal is located. It has absolutely dominant in their southern INDIAn Ocean. INDIA is the seventh country in the world in terms of area And the second most populous country with over one billion three hundred million of the world's population and Tot racial, cultural, religious and linguistic. The system theory (structure) geopolitical world, Cohen divides the world into four components, one of these components is an independent geopolitical region. This area coincides with the political geography of the INDIAn subcontinent INDIA's premier hub for the region is being upgraded to become the world' sthird territory geostrategic (Hafez Nia, 1390: 244).India is upgrading to an actor in the balance of power not only among its neighbors in South Asia but throughout Asia and the world.India is upgrading to an actor in the balance of power not only among its neighbors in South Asia but through out Asia and the world. INDIA has now become a centralactor in the relationship with China, Central Asia, the Persian Gulf and South Asia (Mojtahedzadeh et al, 1390: 16).India' s geopolitical territory in order of preference are: SOUTHEAST ASIA and the INDIAn Ocean, the South East and West Asia, with a focus on Iran, Central Eurasia, During the 1980sand 1990s, the military organization of INDIA, INDIA's strategic interests in the area of the landmass of South Asia and the Persian Gulf to the INDIAn Ocean through the Strait of Hormuz has set. The horizontal width of the 21st century, the country' s strategic interests beyond the Strait of Malaga, and will continue in other areas.
