Abstract

This study is the SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF POWER in TEHRAN METROPOLIS, lord of the view that the pathological. It is an attempt to answer this question, the lord of the URBAN GOVERNANCE, the current of shape and structure of spatial distribution of Political Power to cause inefficiency in the management of TEHRAN METROPOLIS? In order to answer this question the following hypothesis is proposed: It seems from the perspective of the URBAN GOVERNANCE the current of shape and structure of spatial distribution of Political Power. With regard to the planning and distribution of power from the top on down, cause genesis unrighteous in spatial distribution of political power in TEHRAN METROPOLIS. This research written is a descriptive-analytical methods. And also in order to better of describe the situation patterns and relationships that affect institutional links on service to the citizenship of perspective of the URBAN GOVERNANCE, has been used by the model SWOT. The research of results showed that major of institutions and actors involved in the management of TEHRAN METROPOLIS are the government. And their authority is limited to executive and administrative levels, and therefore political power is not given to them.
