Abstract

Accountability, in addition to promoting organizational commitment, also strengthens the satisfaction of stakeholders. Islamic Bank strives for profitability, legality, ethics and becoming a good citizen. Because the desired and special position is human and money is not placed in the ivory tower to give it a return; Rather, as soon as the legal combination with one of the factors of production, it becomes actual capital. This commitment is a sign of organizational growth and maturity because economic growth, human growth and environmental growth will create and strengthen sustainable development in a society. This research is one of the mixed qualitative and quantitative researches that was carried out with the aim of designing the model. The data was collected with the help of a researcher-made questionnaire by determining the sample size through Cochran's formula of 204 bank employees in Zanjan province. In order to analyze, structural equation method with first order and second order confirmatory factor analysis was used and statistical calculations were done with SPSS and LISREL statistical software. Among the studied dimensions, the dimension of moral responsibilities has the highest factor load (0.99), followed by legal responsibilities with a factor load of (0.83), benevolence (0.82) and finally responsibility. Economic variables have a large distance, with a factor load (0.43), which indicates environmental expectations.
