Abstract

Determination of population and its properties, Characteristics of settlement in determined time, reorganization of necessities and shortages, potential possibilities and population talents and using of this reorganization is necessary to provide and measure society and economical program for future. These informations are important references for justly distribution of financial sources and governmental services. Investigation of population changes in Hormozgan province and QESHM city with rapid evolution of economic, social and cultural is necessary. Purpose of this paper is investigation of settlement and population changes and population forecasting for QESHM city. method of this article is analyzing descriptive and quantitative metods. Result shows that population of thousand 25 QESHM (1385) using use of anticipation people software will arrive to 1405 and number of family will arrive to 12662 family. Base on 50900 in estimation method QESHM will arrive to 6837 new resident units until 1405 and these numbers in different periods must build need, Thus to access desirable housing planning in QESHM reorganization present conditions and facilities, and analyzing economical and society factors affecting housing problems is necessary.
