Abstract

The studies made earlier have indicated that there is a significant correlation between the MANAGERs’ knowledge and their EFFICIENCY. At the present study, it has been assumed that there is a significant correlation between computer knowledge of MANAGERs and their EFFICIENCY. The sample and the statistical universe include all the qualified staff working at KSTP (36 people). The specialists endorsed our questionnaire for evaluating computer knowledge of the subjects (seven skills) and the reliability was calculated by the Kronbach Alpha Method (82%). Using the evaluation form of the Staff we assessed their EFFICIENCY. The results show that there is relationship between seven skills of the computer knowledge of the MANAGERs and EXPERTs and their EFFICIENCY.
