Abstract

PENALTY means committing a crime or quitting one followed by an educational or safety PUNISHMENT determined by law. The present article attempts to study the PENALTY phenomena and the suggested ways to prevent it. Since the DRUG and the cigarette are the most common causes of death in the world, diagnosing the motivating factors and attempting to remove them are the most important ways to prevent. Family is also an important factor and symbol for the youth.
