Abstract

The present paper stresses the theoretical and practical consistency of three main subjects discussed in studying international political economy which are as follow:1) Globalizations as reviewed by realism, historical structuralism2) North-North relationships3) North-South relationships Based on the above mentioned three subjects this paper attempts to analyze a wide range of incidents concerning the global political economy including issues related to the end of the cold war, collapse of the socialism camp the appearance of new states and governments in east Europe, and the emergence of new common threats such as environmental disasters.
