Abstract

Since the establishment of the Zionist Regime, the Threat of Isolation has been a serious Threat to its government. Given this Threat, David Ben-Gurion proposed the doctrine of a peripheral alliance in order to get out of Isolation against the Alliance of Arab States. The main framework of this doctrine was the expansion of relations with non-Arab Muslim governments. 3 The core of Israel's periphery Strategy was based on military, intelligence and diplomacy, advancing its strategies of surprise, the transfer of war to enemy territory and the initiative. According to this Strategy, Israel needed serious military cooperation with a regional superpower in order to survive and survive. Therefore, to implement this Strategy, the United States united with countries around the Arabian borders, such as Turkey, Iran and Ethiopia. And now, after six decades, the doctrine is being followed up by the changes in the sources of the Threat. The study seeks to what extent the doctrine of peripheral alliance has affected the security and survival of Israel. The present paper draws on its research basis to examine the doctrine of the Alliance of Terrorists and Threats against Israel, which set the theoretical basis for Stefan Walt's Threat, and has tried to examine the dimensions of peripheral union since 1950 and the Threatening variables over the course of 68 years since its inception.
