Abstract

The system of the Islamic Republic as a system originates from people's will have their own problems Including: the ratio between the implementation of Justice in its founder's minds and the efforts of governments that have taken steps in this direction. On the other hand, one of the uncertainties regarding the realization of Justice in the thought of Imam Khomeini (RA) is this What kind of Justice should be created in his opinion and what are its characteristics? In order to answer this question in the form of quantitative and qualitative research using the analytical-descriptive framework, Imam Khomeini's view on Justice was made clear. Accordingly, the social Justice variable in the thought of Imam Khomeini (RA) was considered as an example in the three Hashemi, Khatami and Ahmadinejad governments. The indicator of these assessments; in the social Justice section: the reduction of class gap and the use of facilities. In the present article, it was concluded that these governments, although they owe their views to Imam Khomeini's (ra) And attempted to address social Justice in their developmental and functional programs, But they did not succeed because of the structural and executive barriers to social Justice. Mr. Hashemi's government was seeking to expand economic development, and so, while considering social Justice in the development plan, it was actually marginalized in practice. Social Justice in Mr. Khatami's government was not the main reason of the government but political development was the ultimate symbol of Justice. Also in the presence of Mr. Ahmadinejad, although social Justice constituted the fundamental discourse of the government but in practice it did not succeed as a fundamental symbol of Justice.
