Abstract

Currently, there are more than 500 international, regional, bilateral and multilateral environmental agreements that are constantly evolving and increasing. In the area of security, the issue of the environment is inevitably affected by the globalization and the dangers resulting from these developments, which has pushed countries in the north and south in the form of agreements and treaties to counter these threats. Although the start of these environmental agreements dates back to the late 19th century, the most comprehensive of them is the Paris Air Agreement. The Paris Treaty, with its multiple provisions, makes countries less committed to increasing technology or using resources. While the Southern Countries that are members of the agreement understand the need for all-round action to tackle environmental risks, the question remains: how does the implementation of the Paris Airspace treaty affect Southern Countries? It seems that the implementation of this treaty will dramatically affect its sustainable development and development process.
