Abstract

Unstatedclear that personal of history isn’ t for change of it. also for learning lesson for making better future and when valuable history has been written that historian thought from past has sight for clear problem. Tudeh Party as part of Iran history, always has been investigated and many textes has been written in this field. this party in 20 decade and early of 30 decade consider one of the big party in the world of Iran life and role play in many equations. By this, can not successful in the fight against dictatorial and advancement of democracy. Various elements effect on this lack of successfulness. For this reason, the current article go forward based on this case, that ideological approach of Tudeh in forward the Civil Society discourse in primitive level until coup detat of 1953 is one of the most important reason for failure of this party and lack of achievement of democracy in Iran. Party based on Ideology Marxism-Linisism interact with discourses and Civil Society, that during it, those discourse supply class benefits and consider enemy or tool for getting the socialist level. there for in the Tudeh Party Ideology apposition don’ t on making democracy and for this reason none of Civil Society discourse aren’ t appropriate for cooperation and constructive discussion. In this article Civil Society applied in the Habermas: concept that include public spher and based on the communicative relationality.
