Abstract

 This paper presents a novel non-linear programming model in dynamic CELLULAR MANUFACTURING systems (DCMS). In this model, each part can split on any machine that is able to operate it (lot splitting). Also in this paper MACHINE AND CELL IDLENESS COST is considered, that is mean for allocated parts and machines to machines and cells MACHINE AND CELL IDLENESS COST is considered. Finally, a numerical example is solved by the lingo 9 software to verify the performance of proposed model.
