Abstract

Due to the human word and content of the Holy book and its inability to meet the intellectual and spiritual needs of the human, many western scholars, despite different perceptions of RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE, consider REVELATION the same as RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE,. But this cannot be true about the Islamic REVELATION because of many reasons and considering REVELATION similar to the human experience has many problems. This paper explains and analyzes different interpretations and views expressed about the RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE and presents the authors own view. It also introduces the REVELATION and its truth through explaining the experience of prophets and its difference with other people’s experience. Finally, it examines the differences between REVELATION and RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE.
