THE INVESTIGATION OF CUSTOMER’S IOYALTY IN CARPET FINISHING INDUSTRIES

Abstract

 In this study the affected factors on LOYALTY in CARPET FINISHING that its dimensions are price, MENTALITY, TRUST, quality of service and THE QUICKNESS OF SERVICE has been studied as independent variable and customer LOYALTY as dependent variable of research.And more has been paid to determine the meaning full relationship between these variables. Type of research conducted is correlation and is field research. Community survey is Kashan carpet companies and is 82 samples. Research Measuring Tools is questionnaire. Research has been studied through the Pearson and Spearman test between variables and through Freedman test the priority of factors has been determined .The results show that all of the mentioned factors affected on LOYALTY meaningfully. Also the quality of service is the most effective and MENTALITY is the less effective on LOYALTY and satisfaction of customers.
