Abstract

The coming of the Putin government was accompanied by major changes in domestic and Foreign Policy, the development of economic infrastructure, alongwith major developments inthe country's military structure. These developments are mainly within the framework of one of the most important goals of the Kremlin's politicians, namely, the promotion of the status and increase of its contribution to global equations. the modernization of the militar in line with the world's science and technology todevelop a diplomatic militancy called Military Diplomacy was put into action. On the one hand, the importance of public opinion around the world about the denunciation of the war andthe high cost of employment, and the increasing role of communication, and the use of diplomacy in Foreign Policy ofcountries in pursuit of benefits, on the one hand, and the change in the use of Military Power from The aggressive and threatening way of defending, with the aim of increasing deterrence, reveals the need for the emergence and importance of Military Diplomacy more than ever before. In fact, Military Diplomacy is a new way of providing Military Power to avoid conflict, maintaining peace and instrumentality in the hands of Foreign Policy officials in order to increase bargaining power.
