Abstract

The political development conserning the relations between ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN and EUROPEAN UNION within two established discourses has had many important ups and downs since the victory of Islamic Revolution. The fact has faced political development process from time to time with difficulty.Applying peaceful policy within EXPANSIONIST POLITICAL ORIENTED DISCOURSE has had an important role in friendly relations between Islamic Republic and E.U. countries, and as a result, E.U. countries then turned their critical dialuge policy to constructive one. Following a minimum calm and stable period, the IDEALIST JUSTICE ORIENTED DISCOURSE was applied and consequently led to shifted policy toward world nations and forming an auti-impenalist front and once again increased tension between two sides. Confronting with E.U. on issues such as terrorism and nuclear energy turned cold their mutual relations more than before.
