Abstract

Some hematological and biochemical blood factors of young Caspian craps (CYPRINUS CARPIO) were measured in order to an average weight of 16.98 ± 4.63 g and average length of 11.64 ± 0.88 cm was conducted. Fish were anesthetized with clove oil, 200ppm and then shoot off their tail blood sampling was performed. The samples were sent to laboratory for study the factors. Results of HEMATOLOGY showed that values of white blood cell (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular haemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (MCHC) are 7616.67±982.68 (mm3), 0.938±0.16 (106/ mm3), 9.15±1 g/dl, 24.25±2.9%, 260.75±25.34 ft, 98.51±9.76 pg and 37.78 ± 0.95%, rrespectively. Also, results of blood biochemical factors showed that values of glucose, calcium, cholesterol, triglycerides, total protein, phosphorus, iron, albumin, sodium, potassium and cortisol are 124±12.53, 8.2±0.46, 163±74.28, 262.67±23.03, 2.73±0.48, 16.4±0.74 mg/dl, 74.5±35.59 micg/dl, 1.82±0.5 g/dl, 127.17±3.6, 6.87±0.7 meq/L and 9.8±1.95 ng/ml, respectively.
