Abstract

The aim of the current research is Comparative study on the police personnel's needs on tow period (1382 and 1386) so the needs of Physical, safety, social, respect and SELF-APPEARANCE were analyzed. The method of the research is practical and survey style. The statistical group was all of police forces and some of them were selected by randomly sampling and used a research made questionnaire. The findings of research show: the personnel's needs were changed in comparison with 1382 and PHYSICAL NEED was increasing and safety, social, respect and SELF-APPEARANCE was declining.
