Abstract

Privacy under different titles in the laws of nations and international conventions has been raised as a Protestant but we realized with the Islamic Shari'a that the dimensions of Islam and Iran's rights are also considered. Among the important issues in this context that Islam has emphasized, is COVERAGE issue in humans. It is very important and several verses of the holy Quran devoted to it. Many verses are about the dress and veil and decorated it to virtue and chastity, and also how to use decorative materials is an important expression. Compliance with it is to maintain individual health and community. The present study is an attempt at examining the COVERAGE and privacy in Islamic and Iranian law and issues related to it.
