Abstract

The MIGRATION of population means movements between the realms which lead to permanent or semi-permanent change of place of residence. It reflects dissatisfaction with living place, and atmosphere difference perception including socio-economic and environmental. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors influencing conflict and BEHAVIORal challenges management associated with MIGRATION to Abhar City. In this research, the method was descriptive based on practical applicable goals. The research population included all immigrants from inside and outside country to Abhar city. The data collection method was of documents and field type. The data collection instrument was statistical data obtained from the General Population and Housing census 1390 and data analysis method was multiple linear regression using SWOT MODEL. The time domain of the study was from1385 to 1390 and the spatial domain was Abhar City. Results indicated that factors of job search, having a better job, job transfer, education, the end of education, completed military service, access to more affordable housing and following the household have a greater impact on MIGRATION to the Abhar city.
