Abstract

Many of the project due to issues such as high sensitivity, high volume capital project requirements in terms of political, economic and security issues, the reluctance of foreigners and their investment will be financed by the government authorities. There are foreign banks and credit institutions (Mahmood Alami and detained Alami, 1389.Methods: The subjects of this study for managers and professionals working in companies in industries Abhar city, given the small size of the study population with the same sample size is considered (N=n). In this study, the normality of the variables to test the hypothesis of T Test is used to test the hypothesis of Spss18 software and Excel software is used.
