Abstract

This research purpes is study of relationship between the amount of using information & comunication technology (ICT) with PERFECTIONISM in regard to moderative role of organizational climate (atmosphere) in executive organizations in Rafsanjan. this reserch has an application objective and is descriptive and of correlation ones. Research statistical society includes employees Rafsanjan executive systems containing 3072 people. Research statistical sample is accounted 245 people using Cochrane formulation and is selected in a classification random method. In this research three questionnaires of information & communication technology and PERFECTIONISM and organization climate for which reliability and validity are approved in research. To describe gathered data several statistical parameters such as abundance, different kinds of tables and curves are used.To determine correlation and hypotheses test Spearman & Kendal correlation coefficient is used. Results of the research show that there is a reverse relationship between management information system with PERFECTIONISM staff and there is no relationship between transaction processing system, office automation system, executive support system with PERFECTIONISM staff. And there is significant relationship between information & comunication technology (ICT) with PERFECTIONISM in regard to moderative role of organizational climate.
