Abstract

This study has been conducted to evaluate the factors affecting the adoption of ELECTRONIC BANKING. Regarding the aim, this study is an applied research and regarding data collection is descriptive –survey research. The population of the study is those customers of Saderat Bank who have an account in this bank and have used ELECTRONIC BANKING services. Research model with a sample of 280 customers using cluster sampling method was evaluated. Data analysis was done by descriptive and inferential statistics using the SPSS software. The results of research show that USEFULNESS factors, KNOWLEDGE OF THE BENEFITS, EASE OF USE, SECURITY, and QUALITY OF THE INTERNET CONNECTION are affective on the adoption of effective ELECTRONIC BANKING.
