Abstract

occurrence of WASTAGE COUSE the reductions of the effectiveness of the system. these wastage can be associated with emergency failures. los of work time due to good planning and preparations of equipment and loss of work time without useful worand stops during the work.to reduce the effects of the mentioned Lesions the problems of effectiveness should be considered highto do this in this research. Because of the importance of automobile industry in the country and existence of high wastage in it the effort was on identifying the effective factors on reduction the wastage of producing in abhar Irankhodro factory. In this research by the use of DEMATEL method, the effort was on identifying the indicators and classifying and determining the cause and relationships between them. Then with the help of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process method, The weight of each factors specified in a hierarchical was determined. Finally, The weight of six factors in total of 22 indicators in losses reduction of abhar Iran khodro factory were computed.
