Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the Effect of firm's Working Capital Efficiency under Financing Constraint on Market Value of those Firms. In this study companies divided into two main groups according Financing Constraint: firms with Financing Constraint and without Financing Constraint. In order to test the research hypotheses, Pooled and Panel models used. The population of this study includes all listed companies of Tehran Stock Exchange which were in stock market. Finally, data of 127 companies were examined. Findings of the research indicate that there is no significant relationship between working capital and firm value according Financing Constraint in Tehran Stock Exchange listed companies.
