Abstract

Introduction and Objective: Urban ERODE TEXTUREs is the phenomena at most cities have faced. One of the practical and certain ways of urban planners for optimal spatial organization in urban ERODE TEXTUREs is certain the capabilities and potentials in these ERODE TEXTUREs, in order to make optimal use of them as well as recognizing the shortcomings of the existing for to avoid them and to planning for the reduction of undesirable, that causing by this ERODE TEXTUREs enters the urban spaces. In this regard, main purpose of this article is to calculate and evaluate of the development ERODE TEXTURE districts in urmia with emphasizing on physical, economic and social indicators.Method: Used Analytical-descriptive research method in this study was applied, the study statistical population was the ERODE TEXTURE districts (ten districts of the central texture) of Urmia city, and 368 person were selected as the sample size and the use of Cochran model. Physical, economic and social indicators were collected through field observations and questionnaires, And SPSS and GIS soft wares were used for data processing.Findings: The findings show that In physical parameters, Rahnemayi district with 0.9 priority index in first place and 7Ololar district with 0.33 priority index in last place; in economic indicator, 7Ololar district with 0.6 priority index in first place and Motateh district with 0.2 priority index in last place; in social indicators, 7Ololar district with 0.8 priority index in first place and Motateh district with 0.1 priority index in last place. The results of consolidated indices show that Doshabchikhaneh with 0.81 priority index and motateh district with 0.11 priority index were placed in the first and last rank respectively.Conclusion: The analysis was done using the SPSS software, ERODE TEXTURE districts of Urmia city Were ranked at three levels: high, mid-poor and deprive. Results show that Motateh district Was placed at the lowest level and The first priority is allocated for development. The second level includes the Mehi alghadam and Dadgostari districts and includes the second level of development at districts. The first level, includes Doshbchikhneh, 7Ololar, Shorshora, Rahnemayi, Komurchokhneh and Eram districts That involves the last priority of development.
