Abstract

Introduction & Objective: In today's world, the tourism industry, with the accelerating attributes that extends to all areas of development and strengthening of culture and art, has become the largest driver of development in various societies. In this context, the topic of urban tourism can also play a major role in the development and development of tourism capacities. This is closely related to the values of the natural environment and cultural heritage of cities, and its quantity and quality are considered as indicators of urban development and development. Usually, cities that lack the internal economic resources for development have used the morphology of urban space as tourism resources and have been able to provide a suitable platform for the promotion of their local economy through urban design, and the purpose of this research is to introduce the most effective promotion programs The quality of urban design is in Arak. Method: In this study, the researcher used a descriptive survey method to firstly extract the most important executive programs to improve the quality of urban space internationally and, in concluding the work, proposed a structural model, and then, by asking experts Urban affairs has been prepared in the form of a questionnaire of necessary data. Using factor analysis and software, the proposed model has been modified and the finalized model has been approved for the conditions of the city of Arak. Findings: From the findings of this research, extraction of executive plans to improve the quality of urban design in the conditions of the city of Arak is in the form of a structural model. As well as considering the calculated factor load, the implementation of these programs is prioritized. Conclusion: Based on the approved model and the results, the most important implementation program for tourism development in Arak city is addressing the issue of structure and legibility in the city.
