Abstract

development defined as achieving to goals by planning, civil planning, rural planning.in general, in iran there is GOOD PLANNING for resources in some regions but in some regions developments couldn’t to makes the ideas and thoughts of people come to reality , such as shush tar city. The main question in this research is, what is the main factor of undevelopment in shush tar? It belongs to lack of GOOD PLANNING or management, environment, people’s idea. Last but not least, what is the accelerating and decelerating factors of development? In this research, research methodology was a kinds of survey, moreover data gathered via questionnaire and checked validity of that. nevertheless data gathered through interview observation, library, documents. statistical society in this research was 220 people of SHUSHTAR, data analysed via SPSS and AMOS GRAPHICS and after that explorate the related factors and among the hide variables of national development, some parameters such as non- CUSOMIZATION had high coorelation with grades of (0.72), therfore this variable has very close dependent to the main national development parameter. moreover other factors like non- ETHNIC issues had high coorelation with grades of (0.52, 0.56). In conclusion, bad condition of SHUSHTAR PEOPLE IMMIGRATION and replacing by other bakhtiari immigrants and rural population is one of the main factors of un developments of shush tar.
