Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to investigate of the impact factors effecting on economic resilience in Iran and selected countries. For this purpose, capital outflow-one of the variables of market efficiency-is considered as a proxy of economics resilience index. then, a mulivariable regression is estimated using fixed effects Panel Data method in both fixed and variable cofficients and data of 12 contries during years of 2007 to 2016. The results of Fixed cofficients model estimation indicate that factors such as corruption, government spending, net exports had a significant and positive impact and democracy and institutional index had a significant and negative on countries’ s capital outflow volume. In addition, to compare the impact of each factor on the outflow of capital in Iran and different countries based on results of variable coefficients model show that reduce the level of corruption, improving institutional and reduce the country's oil exports could provide backgrounds needed for improving iran’ s Economic Resilience Index.
