Abstract

Nowadays one of the mostimportant necessities for individuals of a society is to be bound over the social rules and regulations. Social rules and regulations are leaders of social behaviours and regarded as the most important normative types. Since a century ago some iranian intelectuals had pointed out necessity of abiding laws and regulations by all the people. But in spite of this warning we are witnessing now thatrules have not beeninstitutionalised into the social structure of IRAN. The Essay while describing limits of the subject matter andcase study will also refer to the historical and social causations and origins of law-breaking in Iran. The reasons for LAW BREAKING are as follow: 1-Dependency of law on the government 2-Contradictions and sometimes conflicts between common law andreligous (devine) laws during law compilations 3-Prevalence of Fatalism 4-Variation of SOCIAL PRODUCTION METHODS.
