Abstract

In order to survey of relationship between SOCIAL CAPITAL and PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT in Gorgan's Medicine University, SOCIAL CAPITAL and its components (trust, RELATIONAL NETWORK, and CLOSENESS) were set as the independent variables, and PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT was set as the dependent variable. The results show that a direct relationship exists between TRUST' and CLOSENESS with PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT. RELATIONAL NETWORK also has an indirect relationship with PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT by TRUST and CLOSENESS. Moreover, TRUST and RELATIONAL NETWORK in organization is about average, and CLOSENESS is low along whit PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT assessment.Implement PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT in organization requires increased TRUST, RELATIONAL NETWORKs, and CLOSENESS.
